escaping mundanity & normalcy..

[Feeling Sick]

thanks to the unpredictability of weather..
i got a deep feeling that i'll be having a
terrible morning tomorrow.. got to drink more
water later.. if not, the fever will definitely win
over me when i wake up.. i must not lose!!

was chatting with a couple of colleagues this
morning.. somehow, we got into the topic of
our childhood.. the stuffs we play with friends..
the cartoons that we watched.. comparing to
the kids nowadays.. or comparing to those who
are classify as Gen Y.. i'm a Gen X..

i'm born in the year where Mickey Mouse is still
not that nice looking.. Woody Woodpecker is
one of the all time favourite.. Tom and Jerry is
not only for watching in Sparks.. arcade that
we played are Atari, Nintendo or SEGA.. playing
zero-point with many rubberbands linked together..
hop-scotch.. one leg.. blind cat.. marbles.. these
stuffs are mostly extinct or into storage.. been
promoted to the rank of historical archives in many
peoples' mind..

look at the childhood of modern kids.. the cartoons
they are watching are mostly digital stuffs.. such as
Digimon lah.. Pokemon lah.. what so ever.. i also don't
care.. look at the game they play.. PS2 ar.. Xbox ar..
Game Boy Advance ar.. you will most probably never be
able to see them participate in kampong games..

seeing these.. i feel some what fortunate.. at least i
still manage to be in the part of the older type of childhood..
where fun and laughters ran through the air from the
simple games we'd played within budget..

there are many stuffs we feel the kids nowadays are
more fortunate.. they no longer have corporal punishments
in school.. they have more allowance than what we use
to get.. so on and so for.. perhaps.. these are cause by the
parents who had been through the older days education..
didn't want their child to go through what they have in their
younger days.. conclusion to the kids.. they are a bunch of
spoilt.. pampered.. ignorant kids.. :p

hey.. don't get me wrong.. it's not that i don't like kids loh..
the matter of fact.. i like kids.. but i can't stand spoilt brats..

hmm.. better stop these complaining.. start on something
else.. well.. it's 5th of May already.. i've been telling myself
to start search for job this month.. but the problem is..
i still haven't write my CV.. hahaha.. my laziness is getting
over my head again.. should i do it now?? nah.. not in the
mood to do it now.. but.. i definitely have to get it complete
tomorrow.. Yes!! tomorrow.. no more delay..

come across the new chinese group F.I.R (Fei Er Yue Tuan)
kind of like their songs.. not those commercial type of songs
that we hear on most groups.. the group consist of one
female vocalist.. one male bassist.. and a male keyboard
player.. this combination reminds me of Japanese group,
D.A.I (Do As Infinity)

argh!!! i'm going crazy.. something has gone wrong with
the computer.. all my pictures that are kept in my folder
are gone.. the weirdest thing is.. of so many sub-folders
in it.. only the one containing the most pictures goes
missing.. i need help!!! argh.. the computer virus is driving
me mad.. i thought i've solve it.. but.. but.. haiz.. so
disappointing.. hopefully my brother got a solution to it
when he came back this weekend.. pray hard..

at this moment.. i think.. i think.. i miss...
hahaha.. i'm back with the dots again..
got to go off.. post again in the weekend..
giving my shoutbox another week to come
back into operation.. if not, i will consider
changing it to a new one after that..
