escaping mundanity & normalcy..

a complicated week it has been.. never
really visualised myself wanting to
leave my current work place (at least
not this soon..)

anyway, went for an informal interview
on Thursday.. the whole process was
actually quite alright in my opinion.. the
only problem is the technical aspect of
this job.. it was quite a big leap from my
background knowledge.. and was told
that I won't have the privilege of time
to slowly pick up this trade..

true to speak.. it's not a bother for me..
most of my job.. does not really gives me
the privilege of time to pick up from..

just got to wait for the phone call for the
time being..

was a very tiring week.. speaking of it..
yesterday was actually the only day I
got to get myself well rested since last
week.. beside having to get to work as
usual.. travelling to and fro hospital to
visit my uncle during my off days was
another.. luckily, things were going fine
since after the operation..

suppose to rotate with my brother for
the visiting.. on the behalf of my parents
who are away on an planned holiday..
but with him struck by slight dengue did
not really makes thing easier for me.. at
least he recovered.. which is already good
enough.. a relieve..

long since I last had a KTV session.. had
one last night with Patrick and Willy.. kind
of like a marathon.. from 10 plus till 2 a.m
in the morning.. sing until headache ar..

well.. let today be another well rested day..
tomorrow.. will be a start of another (hope
not.. a gruesome..) week..
luckily did not suffer from sore throat when
I wake up in the morning.. hehe..

satisfactory..

I wonder when this logic came into
me.. that perfumes are selling much
cheaper in DFS.. or some of those
shops @ Lucky Plaza..

but somehow.. it seems that I was
wrong.. till I come across this..

actually wanted to paste the banner
here.. but the link seems not to be
working well.. anyway..

the price are rather competitive at
this place.. and enquiries are handled
very efficiently.. (met some trouble
regarding delivery.. as no one was
available to collect the package from
Mr Postman.. hee..)

nonetheless.. the quality of service
and the products provided are.. in my..
humble opinion.. is above satisfactory..
good price.. and with convenience of
online shopping.. =)

now I can still smell good.. while paying
a lesser price.. haha.. at the moment..
wherever there's a cheaper option.. it's
the best option..

had dinner at HarbourFront last night..
while waiting for the "smoker" to finish
his cigerettes.. looking around.. saw a
couple of young people smoking at the
other corner.. a question suddenly rings
in my head.. and I asked (the smoker)..

"hey.. considering yourself a smoker..
will you accept your partner to be one
too..?"

expectedly.. No.. was the answer.. which
I believed most will answered it this way..

jokingly I rebuted to his answer..

"so.. you mind kissing an ashtray lah..?
but do you think your partner won't..?"

this is kind of irony.. of people's mind..
such behavior are seen in all aspect of
our life.. be it personal.. work.. and much
more.. even some of the policy that the
government tried to implement..

amusing.. I think..

but without these.. life is much of a dull..
so dull.. so like mine..

haa.. kind of weird to see something like this for
a start??

it's good to learn something new.. be it a new
word.. a new skill.. a new hobby.. etc..

I was never one who had a good command in the
language of English.. speaking and writing in this
language actually is a challenge.. that says much
about how simple my posts are written..

a week had past quite easily.. attend Chee Wee's
ROM and solemnisation ceremony.. simple.. yet
heartwarming.. and we are experiencing 日晒雨淋
situation.. haha.. yes.. withstanding the blazing
Sun.. and enduring the sudden drizzles.. but.. for
friend.. this is just so trivial.. =D

about the new work place.. things there a pretty
much into sub-modern era.. where higher state of
technology are not putting into use..

but what bothers a little out of me.. is the new
walking route to work.. although it seems to be
about the same distance as previous.. matter of
fact.. it's not.. slopes doesn't seems to be a good
help either.. haha.. or is it because I've become
weaker than before?? hope not.. hopefully this
is just another physical yield point to hurdle..

coming Saturday.. got to be the first time I play
a soccer match on the field since time way back
in Thailand.. way back before I started this blog..
arr.. nostalgic.. wonder if my flagging body able
to take on the physical toll of the game.. this will
also mean quite a lot to me.. to measure myself
since recovering for the operation last year..

hmm.. I miss Thailand.. I miss Taiwan.. I miss
Redang.. I miss a good relaxing holiday.. =D

after finishing this post.. I've notice.. it really
got nothing relevant to tête-à-tête.. hehe.. =p

hehe.. I've tried 12px.. but seems
to be too big.. not proportional..

a busy day.. is the foundation of a
