[Ayaka - I Believe]

went for my physiotherapy again today..
my philosophy of recovering faster is to
abusively do more than what I'm told to..
and challenging the threshold of pain.. =p
sounds sadistic..

took bus to hospital in the morning.. won't
make another morning session in future,
unless no slot available in the afternoon..
felt so sleepy..

no proper pedestrian crossing in sight to
get to my rehab centre.. got to jaywalk..
with only 50% of my usual speed.. it take
some guts to do that.. luckily no aggressive
drivers within the precinct.. hehe..

starts to work out on gym equipments..
pushed myself to do extra.. no harm till
the pain can be felt..

went off to pay the hospitalisation bill after
the session.. and bought weights for home
physiotherapy session..

wallet squeezed dry.. sian..

took bus home after that.. not before going
to market to buy lunch.. almost more than
3 weeks since I last went..

oh yah.. met CB and Patrick for kopi last
night too.. after being imprisoned for so long
at home.. finally able to go out.. finally break
free.. the feeling is great!!!

with ample amount of exercise.. should be
able to hit the pool again, in another.. hmm...
2 months time? haha.. can't wait for that to
happen..! I need more outdoor activities..

caught my eyes on Nokia new phone.. N76..
looks very much like Motorola V3.. but with
Nokia interface.. finally.. =D

hopefully not too expensive.. else, I'll settle
for a Sirocco.. hahaha..

guess this 3230 that I'm using at the moment,
is the second longest serving phone I had since
8250.. which lasted through my NS..

Window Vista is out.. with some hoos and hahs..
mostly negative.. especially for poor and cheap-
skate people like me.. =p

it was made to detect illegal copies of film and
music files.. argh..!! sian..

read CNA report here..

can starts to ponder whether to switch over to
Mac OS after this.. hahaha..

guess Apple got to be the biggest winner, if
everything goes wrong for Vista..

hope this bedridden XP powered notebook can
last a bit longer before I can afford to change to
a Mac..

2 more weeks before Chinese New Year.. guess
most people are busy getting new stuffs for their
house or themselves..

it's also the period I can see makeshift hawkers
peddling the foodstuffs in the neighbourhood
again.. haha.. so nostalgic..
